Spring on The Moss (Sugar Brook Outfall)

One of the more abstract of the prints in this series, but with a ruler right in the middle of it!  Placed where water from the cut-over bog discharges at the lowest point into the Sugar Brook, the measure shows how much water is flowing.  Once restored, most of the water will be held in the bog, re-wetting the peat and allowing the sphagnum peat to grow again and making new peat once more.
