Spring on The Moss (Lindow Pete)

For many years, a stone near the find-site of Lindow Man has lain, largely obscured by heather, with the simple memorial spelling out in blue paint: “Lindow Pete RIP”.  Now faded almost to the point of abstraction, this print is made to honour Lindow Man and the two-thousand-year-old culture from which he came, hidden, preserved, a part of this living landscape.
